The largest of the guest rooms on the second level, Ivy’s Room, has street views to the North Shore Mountains from expansive bay windows and a large balcony accessed from the hallway. Ivy’s Room features a peaceful seating area, luxury king size bed, gas fireplace, air conditioning, WIFI and a large flat screen TV. Ivy’s ensuite bathroom has a tub with a shower, pedestal sink and heated tile floors. There are many original features in Ivy’s Room enhanced with the modern comforts of a small fridge, kettle, coffee maker and other special amenities to make it the perfect environment for a relaxing stay while in Vancouver. Feel free to use the outdoor space on the right-hand side of the shared second floor balcony next to this room. Seating on the front porch and front garden is also available for guest use. Ivy’s Room is named after Ivy Dowling, who with her husband Thomas, designed and built The Ivy on Parker in 1908.

Nice Little Break in Vancouver
The Ivy on Parker was wonderful! It's a beautiful historic home within walking distance to a bustling neighborhood downtown with restaurants, bars, shops and parks. Margit our host, was extremely kind and very helpful. We loved our stay here!
We stayed here for 3 nights after an Alaskan cruise, so we could visit Vancouver and Victoria. Location was perfect!
Rooms were all super clean with all amenities such as coffee maker, refrigerator, and many nice extra personal touches. There are cute outdoor sitting areas to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
We would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope we someday get back to visit!
