For the majority of the year, the Guest Rooms, Ivy, Molly, and Florence, require a 3-night minimum stay. The two apartments, The Retreat and The Loft, require a 5-night minimum stay. For shorter stays, please contact us directly at 604-841-8541 to check availability. Our rates are per room, per night. We do not have any accommodation with more than one bed and therefore we limit occupancy to 2 adults per room.
There is a set of stairs to enter the property through our front door, and depending on which level your room is located, additional stairs to reach your room from the common foyer. The Retreat space has the fewest number of stairs, along with private access through the garden level of the property. Each of the units, with the exception of Ivy’s Room have walk-in showers and all the bathrooms, except Molly’s Room, have bathtubs.
We regret that The Ivy on Parker Guest House has a “no pets” policy. Also we want to emphasise that The Ivy on Parker is a Heritage Home and as such, as much as we insulate and update, noise may travel from room to room.
We do our utmost to ensure environmentally friendly practices including recycling and composting. As such, we do not provide daily cleaning service. If you require fresh towels or toiletries during your stay, please let us know. If you have forgotten your toothbrush or other necessities, we do have a small supply to help our guests out. Our coffees and teas are locally sourced, organic, free trade, and our toiletries are provided by local artisans. Our wish is to support our community and decrease our footprint, while still ensuring an exceptional stay for our guests.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
To make a reservation at the Ivy on Parker Guest House, we require full payment at the time of booking. For cancellations confirmed more than 21 days in advance of arrival, your reservation payment will be refunded.
If cancelled within 21 days of arrival date, 50% of the reservation payment will be refunded. All no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
Cancellation insurance is advised.

CHECK IN AND OUT – LEFT LUGGAGE

Check in time is after 4:00 pm, Check out time is 10:00am.
We are able to sometimes be flexible on these times so don’t hesitate to contact us at guestservices@theivyonparker and if we can accommodate your requests, we will be happy to do so. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage in the common entrance at your own risk if waiting for later departures. Unfortunately, we do not have a separate area for luggage, and we do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost personal items.
GUEST PARKING
There is no private parking available for guests of The Ivy on Parker. There is, however, street parking in front, which can be congested at times. There is usually plenty of street parking on Victoria Drive just a half a block away.
TRANSIT BLURB BOTH WAYS
To get downtown by transit, we suggest taking the #20 bus SOUTHBOUND from Commercial Drive and Parker Street to the Sky Train Station at Commercial and 12th ( this is also walkable in about 15 minutes) and then take the Canada Line downtown. Another route directly to Stanley Park would be the10 minute walk to Venables and Clark to catch the #22 WESTBOOUND through the city directly to the entrance of the park on Georgia Street.
To return from downtown, we recommend catching the Knight Street #22 Eastbound along Venables, stopping at Venables and Vernon Drive, it is about a 7 – 10 minute walk from there to The Ivy on Parker Guest House. Alternatively take the Skytrain Expo Line to the Commercial and Broadway station and take the #20 Northbound to Commercial Drive and Napier, the Ivy on Parker is about 2- 3 minutes from this bus stop. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Commercial and Broadway station.
