Exceeded expectations! Lovely stay!

We had a great stay at the Ivy, honestly it exceeded our expectations! We knew it was out of the downtown zone but it is right off a really great shopping and restaurant street. We ended up not really leaving the area as much as we thought. Parking was easy and free (another huge bonus!) and it was near transit for when we went downtown.
Our room was "The Ivy" on the 2nd floor at the front. It was very big and had a nice bathroom and good soft sheets. There was also a lovely terrace that we didn't have the chance to enjoy as there were other people out there.
The owner was very kind and we chatted a little.
